Daily Calories



People often talk about the daily calorie consumption that they should take for the better health. As we know, half of the calorie consumed by people comes from the carbohydrate substance. It comes mainly from the food such grain, rice, potatoes, and any other food. Calorie provides the main energy source for your body. It helps the core organs such brain  (which take 20 % of the energy) and heart to work properly. Yet, the over consumption of calorie ends in the excessive fat which can cause several health problems.


So, how much amount of carbohydrate that people should take? The answer is the half of the amount of the calorie needed. It means that if need 1000 calories to be actively for our metabolism, we need to consume 500 calories of carbohydrate.

For healthy tips, we should consume carbohydrate from the pure and high simple nutrient such vegetables, fruits, whole grain, and dairy products and avoid the highly processed carbohydrate sources such candy, pastries, and white rice (which we should consume the brown rice instead). It is true that carbohydrate provides energy because it produces glucose as the main source of the metabolism mechanism but we should take the balance of the amount to maintain the health better and can live longer.
