Green Bean


Green bean is one of my favorite. It has many benefits for the health. Each 110 gram of green bean contains 345 calories, 22.2 gram of protein, 1.2 gram fat, A, B1 vitamin, phosphor, and iron substance. Furthermore, it is believed that a green bean can cure the beri-beri, kidney inflammation, digestion problem, high blood pressure, alcohol detoxification, diahrea, impotence, TBC, and the skin problems. The green bean is also believed as the fever remedy. One thing that makes it different from the another nutrition source is that any of the heat of the cooking process wont affect the quality of the nutrition.

I got some information about the traditional cure of some health problems using the green bean. These are the cooking process to overcome some health problems :

Urinate Problem
Boil 30 grams of green bean in the 400 cc of water. Cook it and serve it cool. Add some honey and drink it regularly.

Stomachache
Boil up 60 grams of greenbean along with 15 grains of pepper, 3 grams of cinnamon, and 2 segments of ginger using 1 liter of water. Heat it until there is 1/2 liter of water left. Drink it regularly to overcome stomachache.

Ulcer
To overcome the Ulcer, boil 50 gram of green bean along with 50 gram of kidney bean and black bean. You can mix it by the boiled water of 2 ginger segments and add some honey.. Drink it regularly.

Hair Loss
Boil green bean using 1 glass of water. Use the water (after it's cold) as the nutrition for the headskin. Do some massages on the headskin too.

Maag
Dry 1/4 kg green bean and mash it soft. Then brew 1 spoon of the mashed green bean  using the warm water and drink it regularly.
