"No" means "Never" to Smoke


Cigarette is the product of tobbaco which is produced from the plants Nicotiana Tobacum, Nicotiana Rustica and the other species containing nicotine and tar . Nicotine is the substance contained in those plants which is so addictive. There is almost 0.3 up to 5% of the dry weight nicotine coming from the biosynthesis process in the root which then is accumulated to the leaf. The substance is carcinogen in nature which can trigger the lung cancer. The nicotine also stimulates the adrenaline hormone of the kidney which can trigger: the increase of the heart beat, and the  increase of  blood pressure and blood cholesterol level which is the source of heart attack.

People who smoke feel enjoyment because of the nicotine is accepted by receptors of the nerves. It also stimulates the serotonin substance of the brai which makes them want to smoke again and again (addicted). In other hand, the bad effects are numerous such as:

  • Lung cancer
  • Oral cavity
  • Pharynx cancer
  • Larynx cancer
  • Oesophagus cancer
  • Pancreas cancer
  • Urinary bladder cancer
  • Renal Pelvis cancer
  • Kidney cancer
  • Stomach cancer
  • Uterine cervix cancer
  • Liver cancer
  • etc
Respiratory System Problems :
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
  • Acute respiratory illnesses including pneumonia
  • Premature onset of and an accelerated decline in lung function
  • All major respiratory symptoms in adults, including coughing, phlegm, wheezing & dyspnoea
  • Poor asthma control
Cardiovascular System Problems:
  • Coronary heart disease (CHD)
  • Cerebrovascula disease
  • Aortic aneurysm
  • Peripheral arteria 
Woman Reproduction System Problems:
  • Pregnancy complications
  • Preterm delivery and shortened gestation
  • Foetal growth restrictions and low birth weight
  • Sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS)

  • Gastric ulcer
  • Cataract
  • Periodontitis
  • Duodenal ulcer
  • Adverse surgical outcomes related to wound healing and respiratory complications
  • Hip fracture
  • Reduced fertility in females

People who smoke said that they want to quit but they can't. We can't do it in an instant. In the other occasion I will give some tips to quit smoking.
